Hello fellow Swindon fans from afar. Most of you probably wont even know who Gold Coast United are, but it is probably the smallest club in the Australian A-League, and at seasons end will more than likely fold after only 3 seasons in the competition. Even though im a rare memeber of the site i still help in the pressure group stuff as im a prominent lurker  so could you lot please sign this petition to help our tiny fanbase have a team next season www.savegcu.com |

Thanks guys, we need all the help we can get even though the future is bleak. In comparison we are sort of like darlo only getting 2000 fans in a 27000 seater stadium and paying upwards of $150,000 a game in rent. The low crowd figures started this and when the owner closed most of the stadium to save money the legal shit started. Keep going guys  |

Even though I'm a big Glory fan (lived in Perth for many years) I'll sign. A-League's a tough place to stay viable and afloat in, and the league itself is always struggling against the AFL and NRL.
