oh yes, have you not heard the way he sings mersey paradise, shits me right up, its alright for you lot, you only see him as the sad old drunk with memories of the war. i remember him giving a kicking to 14 year old neds fan for not owning a badge. its etched on my memory a scar for life.
just whisper in his ear carter usm are better than the happy mondays, and take a giant step back and you too sir will be scared of him

That report didnt seem to be too bad, but once youve been found guilty of something it does give the press free reign to lie as much as they like.
Its a right eye opener when you see the judicial process actually in action against ordinary people. What they show on TV is absolute bollocks. Only the highest profile trials with the best liars......sorry lawyers are like that.

You can appeal after 2/3rds of the ban (4 years). Unfortunately this season you have a lesser chance because of the world cup in Germany. Might as well have a go anyway? There was an adver report on that one, you can have a look at it on that site.
What Deano has is called a FBOA, imposed by the government. Breaking it carries a penalty of 6 months in prison  without referal to a jury  Its a pretty controversial bit of legislation.
You can also get a banning order from the club, which isnt worth the toilet paper its written on.
As for the CGH being quiet, all the Bournemouth boys are on court restrictions not to go near the ground on match days. As soon as theres a result (either way) they will be back. Thanks for that spencer if i appealed and asked that i can attend league matches but still be banned internationally what would be the chances...sorry to ask but solitors dont seem to have a clue about these bans which is very worrying imo.

No good at all to be honest. They really dont care. Dont expect any favours from anyone. But looking back at the date you still have a season left to run before you can appeal - 4 years. The ban started from the day you were convicted (even though you were probably banned from football whilst the trial was on going making the sentance even harder).
27th June 2006. I would leave it a month after the world cup then appeal. Get a good brief. Do it once, do it properly. Good luck.
Obviously sympathise with the ban. The thought of one terrorised me. 6 years without a way of life that I cherish for something that happens 40 times down Swindon town centre on a saturday night. WTF?

WTF? very true, it's disturbing that the police and society in general are more concerned about football violence than the violent assaults that happen every fucking day and about ten times more at weekends in any town centre.
