Spoke to my uncle last night who is a qualified referee and he said the only thing the assessor would report on is the performance of the referee and his assistants, they wouldn't report anything to do with the club or players (as that is the referee's job).
In his words "It is just fatty Evans being a complete twat as usual".

The assessor has no power to report anything, only the four officials have that power, with the referee being the only one to make a report. The assessor is there to report on the referee and other officials. 3-0 to the circus team!!
