Am i right in thinking he has not conceded a league goal at the county ground since joining.

Tempting fate if he hasn't i know

quick look at the fixtures list says we haven't conceded a goal at home in the league since the 3 - 3 with Hereford... so yes.

Speaking as an ex-member of the centre-halves club, I would like to remind everyone that it is defences that keep clean shets not goalkeepers.

Not taking anything away from Wes, who has been excellent, but felt that an injusice needed to be righted.

You've got a point but he has made a number of unbelievable saves as his own contribution.

Wes has kept 10 clean sheets, only conceded 6 cup goals in 6 games and 6 league goals in 15 games and all of those were conceded away from home.

810 minutes since his last home goal conceded.

Thats fucking good. And of course the defense has a lot to do with it but massive amounts of praise must be heaped on Wes.

Wes has been immense and his arrival coincided with our good run. Having said that, I'd still prefer Smith in a penalty shoot-out!

Look - I said I was a centre half - are you expecting me to spell ?

Having said that, I think what appears on the thread isn't always exactly what was written in the box !

Not trying to upset the Wes love in as the guy has been immense. However he's only unbeaten at the County Ground in the league. Lee Novak scored the first goal of the game for Huddersfield in the FA cup before we went on to stuff em!
