Broncos finally got a proper QB...Russell Wilson...
Gave away a lot for it though!

Lots of 1st and 2nd round draft picks, Shelby Harris and Noah Fant! Oh, and Drew Lock! 😁

Whoever pulled off a successful trade for Russell Wilson was going to have to give up a king's ransom. You would know better than me but my impression of the Broncos last season was that they had a lot if not all the pieces in place, barring the QB position, to be a serious SB contender. You have to be happy as a Broncos fan I would have thought. AFC West will be fun to watch next season...

That's being kind. Could easily have said 4th best!

Yes, we are now a contender again. Plus, money left to bring the Von back. He seems to be talking on social media about whether to go back to his old number or keep his new one when wearing blue and orange next year.

At least the organisation have acted decisively and got the best they could. Wilson is at least a little less short term than Rodgers!

Seahawks have been fucked for a while with all the draft capital they've given up. They've got the picks to rebuild a bit now, something they didn't have before. They can suffer Drew Lock for a season and take a QB next year, there's some decent ones coming through (this years QB class is pretty poor on the face of it).

I wonder what Denver would have paid for Rodgers now though... That would've been fun, but I'm the glad the MVP is staying where he belongs.

Pittsburgh had been mentioned as a possible landing spot for Rodgers... Thank God he didn't go there... I'm hoping I can enjoy a couple of years of them being AFC North basement dwellers without Roethlisberger🤞

Washington trading for Wentz.

Not a lot of faith being shown in this years QB draft class

Absolute joke. He's had an unbelievable career now needs to retire properly. I've got no time for people who don't know their own minds....he just looks stupid IMO...

I'm not a brady fan (he's annoyingly good and has been with teams I also really dislike).
I do wonder how much he's been influenced by panicked swearing from the GM's office in Tampa

Symptomatic of there being no decent QBs coming through the draft this year perhaps?

Yeah, why not just say ‘I’m gonna take x amount of time to make my decision’ rather than retire and unretire
