Whereas I am devestated we let manning go I trust Pagano to do a good job for us but I'd rather of kept manning than draft Luck with the first pick It was completely the right thing to do, they had to take Luck with first pick and move Peyton on. You cant pass up a franchise QB of the next 12-15 years to give an ageing huge injury risk like Peyton another run.

God that was painful, so many smug cheatriot fans What did you expect? Patriots were always going to be convincing winners.

Thought they would win, but was hoping the Rams would put up a bit of a fight. Especially after they scored a TD on their first possesion. Trouble was that was as good as it got, the Pats scoring TD's on their first five possessions.

God that was painful, so many smug cheatriot fans Good start by The Rams but was all they did offensively for the whole game. No contest in the end, good crowd though. As for smug cheatriot fans?? Really? I can't say I noticed any smugness and 'cheatriot' has to be the worst play on words ever

American Football is shite and all you American sympathisers (note the lack of a z) should be shot for betraying the crown.

I just got back. I have been to them all bar the first one and as per normal had a great day from the tailgate to the actual game. A shame it turned out to be so one sided but hey ho.
Another full house and will be interesting to see if London manages 2 sell outs next year with an additional game scheduled.

Seems to be a case of when and not if we'll have an NFL team in London. Reckon it would do ok though the extra revenue it would generate for the NFL as a whole means capacity crowds probably aren't a necessity.
Would be interesting to see what happens if they linked up with a football club, so maybe an Arsenal branded team playing at the Emirates. Happens in other countries, think some clubs in Spain get involved in other sports. Whilst the hard core fans probably wouldn't be interested it could appeal to the day trippers and the armchair fans.
Everyone seems to be a Patriot fan nowadays. I've been sort of following them for 25 years, back when they were shit.

Is the Patriots fan thing solely because it's new 'england'?
