Would have liked to see Bodin start instead of De Vita with Connell and Benson up front
That would have been my instinct, but as Benzel said, perhaps Paolo's seen something in training this week. Also, I gather that our wing play was fantastic against Wigan, so it makes sense to stick with the same set up out wide.

Still think Connell is a better option up front than Bodin.

I would be surprised not to see Connell feature at some point.

If I was a travelling Carlisle fan I'd be pissed off with Darren Sheldrake right now. Called off their game away at Franchise at 1:45pm. Idiot.

"Fred thinks Cibocchi is the worst defender ever seen"

Come off it, he's not even the worst Italian defender whose name begins with C on our books!

Cibocchi was MOM at Barnet imo. Winning headers, looks like a strong bloke too, was anticipating where to intercept quite well, got forward well and didn't take a single foul throw!

In other news, Simon Cox starts for WBA today.

So want him to do well.

Cibocchi does have versatility about him with him able to play at centre half, left back and left wing (when we're trying to hold onto a lead)

Interesting selection. Think rationale would be:

- Risser in to stiffle Rotherham and break up play in midfield/Smith to come on later if we need to be more attacking
- DeVita to partner Benson in attack with Bodin given a chance on the left /Connell or Murray to come on as an impact later to replace Bodin (DeVita to left wing) if he doesn't shine or DeVita or Benson if not fully fit
- Kennedy to play on the left with Bodin (who he is used to playing with)/Cibbo to come on for more defensive LB or to cover injury across the back

I was Connell I'd be shoeing the manager's office door off on Monday morning and ask for an explanation. When will this lad be allowed to get some continuity? We've all seen he's got the quality given the playing time and confidence. Criminal. But who am I to disagree with Paolo?

Don't think we'll be seeing Magera again. The fans hate him now and there's no going back from that. We saw that with Pericard.
