Little bird told me that Peter Leven has non promotion release clause

Would be a nice combo with Simon.

Gary Rose thinks that Constable himself has rejected us. We can all but hope.

Dont know how hes worked that one out tbh, for all we know constable might have wanted to come but the club rejected the bid

Some people need to get a grip, Footballers kiss badges all the time it means nothing.

Robbie Keane has done it at all 26 clubs that he played for having supported as a boy.

My thoughts too, he may have been made aware of the bid but I doubt hugely he would reject us BEFORE it had even been accepted the the club.

Must have been this quote...

"As I have said before, for any transfer to happen, all three parties have got to be in a agreement - the two clubs and the player.

BBC reports that Wilder has already had a word with him this morning and told him to get his head down. Sign him or not, we certainly like playing mind games with 'Swindon fan' Constable  Cool
It didn't work out well in august when the same thing happened

That was down to our shit defence and a lack of cohesion. He wouldn't get a sniff now.

Yep - thats what it just said on the 12 O'Clock news on BBC Swindon - had it on in the car...

Also said that Poxford did not reject the offer on the grounds that we were Swindon - but purely on financial grounds....

Who gives a fuck if he kissed the pox badge. Just imagine those cunts reaction down the road at pinching their centre forward  Smug Fuck Off
Anyway, players kiss badges all the time and it means fuck all to them. If he came here and scored goals then happy days

This is all sounding very Beauchamp/1994.  I was living in Oxford at the time...and the locals didn't like it one bit.

He's not prolific enough for my liking but if I had the money, I'd give it to the board myself just to piss off the pox (and DV)

Can't get on the Pox site. News of the bid alone must have broked it.
