Build up a good all year base tan by using sunbeds Dave. Not only will you be the orange envy of all your friends but you won't get burnt like a like a salty frazzle sat in the sun all day.
That said I had a red nose like an alkie after Glasto.

At the airshow i got bad sun burn on the kneck, forearms and legs. But yet i was out in it all day, 7 till 7.

just don't slide on it! i was fielding on the boundary for wiltshire about 2 years ago, i slide forgetting about my sunburn and ripped all the skin off!! :x and the ball still went for 4.
