Agree Batch, nowt much wrong with the Cobblers.
Yep, thirded. I enjoyed my trip there, nice little ground and friendly fans. Shame about the lack of proper pubs but you can't have it all.

That 4-3 win there the other year was fucking mental.
They went 1-0 up within 2 minutes and started chanting what a waste of money towards Simon Cox.

Ah yes, it was Northampton who were the recipients of the "How does it feel to have no Cox" chants, right? One of my favourite Football chants to date.

How times have changed. It always used to be animal up there with both sets of fans up for it. Anyone remember the 1-0 win up there in Macaris days? Their old ground was an absolute shithole of the highest order.

After you lot on the double deckers had pissed off after emptying the neighbouring gardens of anything that could be chucked it left about 20 of us to get back to our cars. The police kindly fucked off as well leaving us to it.

They were all black kids with knives. Two of ours were stabbed before the game. We were lucky we had a complete psycho with us who said he'd go and get the car and pick us up. Fuck knows how he got there and back as he had to walk through thier lads but I'm bloody glad he did, i was shitting myself.

I was at that game. Charlie Henry scored the winner and they had to put up some sort of temporary 'rent-a-stand' type thing because there were so many Town fans there. It kicked off quite badly I remember.

I was there, the wind was howling across that cricket ground. Didn't see any trouble (was never keen to get involved in the rufty tufty stuff)
