This is the water.
And this is the well.
Drink full and descend.

Surprised at the number of people talking about Dhansak, it's pretty much my favourite curry and I thought I was one of the only ones who ate it. I managed to convince a few friends to try one of late though and they're all realising it's the sexiest.

I now want a curry, but because I'm being really healthy in the build up to xmas I might have to ignore my cravings. Sad

Bhuna is my usual. Dhansak when I fancy something a bit spicier.

A perfect dhansak is hard to find but when you do it is worth the wait. Needs to be hot enough to almost make your eyes water whilst not being uncomfortable, in effect the perfect level of hotness. Eating the perfect dhansak is the closest I'll ever come to heaven.

I also need a curry now as a result of this thread. Think it will be from Mela after a few beers in Old Town tonight.

I always think a curry should make you cry, so I ask for it hot - although I agree with you in part, because it's such a tasty curry it's a shame to ruin it.

I found one that was far nicer than I expected, which is a takeaway in Moredon called Fahed's. I've just ordered myself a Dhansak. Get in.

Did that used to be Spicy Temptations? Used to use that quite a bit but gave up on it when we had a few very greasy curries from there. Been using Curry Cottage since.

Don't know Batch, it's the same area so it could be, but I'd never bought a curry from that neck of the woods before Fahed's.

Just polished off tonights delivery from curry cottage. Don't get the critisism of the place as i use it at least twice a month and have many different curries from there. 4 of us in my house and we all have different things(apart from the mrs who always has a balti)and it's always lovely.
They even said it would be over an hour tonight and it turned up after 50 mins.

Anyone know how talktalk is nowadays? Another man who loves his curry.

The menu says, 1 Moredon road and having now eaten it (delivered in 19 minutes?!) I'd say it was decent, not outstanding, but tasty and excessively filling.
