From Exeter....missed this by half hour....was very wet and slightly foggy...the road seemed very busy maybe due to the Bridgewater Carnival..

This looks a very bad one with at least one petrol tanker involved...i am darned glad i am home and hope it looks worse than it is.

My wife just phoned and said she's not sure when she will be home,she's in bridgwater and said it's horrendous what with the accident and the flood earlier,everything is a standstill in bridgwater with all the routes out chaotic.

It only takes one driver to be distracted ( maybe fireworks ) to cause an accident, and with the weather conditions being bad combined with motorway speeds it can become very serious in a split second. Really hope some of the reports are incorrect and their has been no loss of lives.
