Swindon and PDC are "Just not good enough" according to one text.

10 points out of 12 and we're not good enough?

"Get PDC out and make him take Flint with him"
Was my personal favourite.

Could not agree more. We are not going to win every game...So if we can get 10 points from every 12 available, I'll be more than happy and we'll be promoted!

Keep up the good work!

Presumably that one was tongue in cheek?! If not then somebody has issues.

Some good perspective there, I suppose.  I think a lot of us are a little more focused on the battle rather than the war straight after the game - but 11 points from a possible 15 in October is very good form.  Actually...it's promotion form, isn't it.

All sides will suffer a loss of form at some point during the season.  And our hope has got to be that, with finances and a depth of squad that comfortably beat those of most other sides in the division, we're going to be less prone to this than others...and capitalise when it happens to them.  I have a hunch that Cheltenham, Southend and Crawley are simply not going to be able to sustain their current form for another 6 months - and that we're going to pick up the pieces when things start to turn.

[All of which is a complete mix of guess work, intuition, hope and blind optimism...in no particular order.  Together with a bit of 'we really need to get out of this division' arrogance.]

I swear the radio just tries to prove that free speech is overrated each week.

Word of the day : "frustrating"

To be honest, we never broke them down and vice versa. Bradford were good value for their draw.

On the very positive side 10/12 points and no goals conceded in the last 4.

Thought DeVita had been dogshit the last two games. We were crying out for a proper winger when 11 v 10, but obviously hindsight is a wonderful thing.

Very frustrating, but it's another clean sheet.

And also I managed to get my ticket for AFC Wimbledon, I couldn't believe how quickly they were selling, 400 by 12 oclock. Wouldn't surprise me if they're sold out by now.

Completely agree.  Bradford came for a 0-0 draw and to be fair neither goalkeeper was really tested.  It's never easy to play against 10 men and we only really stepped it up in the last 10 minutes.  Our final ball didn't help and at times we seemed genuinely devoid of ideas.  De Vita was poor and should have been replaced far earlier.

It's been a good points tally for the month, although perhaps surprising and some might say slightly disappointing that the points dropped were in home games against teams in the bottom 4.  Not an issue though if we've stopped the away rot and continue to pick up points on the road.

According to the radio, it's the first time we've kept 4 clean sheets for 20 years, which I find quite remarkable considering a fair few of those seasons in between have been promotion winning ones.

As Ardiles mentioned, the teams above us who seem to be continually winning surely must start dropping points?

Completely agree.  I'd be happy if we achieve the same in November.  If we do the pressure will certainly be on the teams above us and I wouldn't be surprised if we were in the top 3.
