Tef help required.....
I'm looking to get a 32 inch telly to go in the bedroom, but have the following needs...
Don't want to spend more than £230. Must be new (not refurbed). Prefer LCD, anyone know what LED is like?
Does anyone have a good or bad experience with a tv you have owned?
Ta!

I've got a Samsung 32" LCD in my bed room. They're quite large for a bedroom and i'd advise you to go lower if possible.
Look on ebay, they normally have cheap deals for around £200 every so often.

I know a certain TEF poster who used to have a 50" TV in his bedroom.

I bought a 32" LCD with built in DVD player & Freeview for the kids playroom last year from Tesco. Cheap & cheerful, think it was £180. Obviously not top of the range or anything, but seems to do a decent job. Also has USB port for recording from TV although I've not used that yet

My Mum's got a 32" in the spare room at hers and from experience I'd have to say it's perfect.

I have a 40" on the wall in the bedroom and could go bigger... Only reason we did is as there didn't seem to be much price difference between 32" and 40" at the time. If you go down the PC World/Curries route, avoid KnowHow like the fucking plague.

Or if you fancy an LED TV http://www.ebuyer.com/254468-hannspree-sv32lmnb-32-led-tv-sv32lmnb£247.99 32" full HD LED. I use an LED 24" monitor and TBH its just a little bit brighter than a standard LCD and with similar response times, on a bedroom wall at any distance you wouldnt notice the difference.

I think I'm in the minority, but I don't like TVs in bedrooms. Doesn't seem right somehow - I have other things I like to do in there. Mind you, I'd love one in the bathroom. Bath, beer and TV sounds perfect.
