I'm going to a similar fancy dress party on Saturday but just as a dead celeb so I'm going as Steve Irwin as it seems pretty easy. Khaki shirt and shorts and an inflatable croc/sting ray and you're there.
Could easily add a sting ray tail sticking out of your chest somehow.
