Water coming up through floor

I've got laminate flooring over floorboards in my living room. I've just noticed that the gap in between the laminate and the skirting boards is getting pretty wet. Much wetter today than yesterday. Any ideas? Central heating pipe leaking under the floorbaords? The airblocks seem Ok.

I guess you could eliminate the central heating if you could check your boiler and see if you still have between one and two bars of pressure. If you've just started to use your heating after the summer it could be that the pressure feeding your radiators has forced a leak in a joint ? Not a plumber but had a similar problem last year.

Thanks guys but realised I had emergency cover for the house. My floorboards are up and there are no leaks anywhere in the central heating system and no leaks from water pipes. Its all damp and horrible and it looks like my air vents are at least part blocked. Might as well leave the floorboards up and get some air to it.
