PdC sticks with a consistent 11:

Has he done that?

We're starting to see a bit of shape to this league, which is interesting....we at least seem to be improving the home form form which is good, whilst away remains a problem. A good thing about L2 is that only 2 go down, and you can reach the PO's losing something like 13/14 games, which tends to mean a lot of inconsistent teams fighting it out until late on in the season.

Today was a good test of where we're at, and we've been found wanting, so plenty of work to do.

That was your most positive post in months.

But this is how I feel.

People texting into the radio saying bring back Rhys Evans and Jerel Ifil. Why do I keep listening?!

I'm not feeling that negative about this, slightly disappointed but we aren't going to win every game.

Burton away was never going to be easy

Only snippet I heard on the radio was Lazano dropped a bollock for the second?

What happened?

Has anyone sent Phil Smith Matty Lazano death threats yet?

Another thing is that we've already played 6 of the top 7....and seen nothing that is too frightening, we need to bounce abck v Barnet.

Indeed, and our next 5 games are all against sides currently in the bottom 8.

Good chance to pick up some points and continue the form we've showed for the last few games before today.

Will be interrested to hear the views of those who went, from the commentary it sounded like we were well on top before the first goal but struggled to create much after that.

This is will be pivotal...we probably need to win 3 or 4 of these.

Anyone know when Magera's back?

How about Gabilondo?  Di Vita is very workmanlike but bar Ritchie we lack creativity in midfield.

I didnt hear much of PDC's post match interview bar him bemoaning his lack of a proper striker.  Did he say anything else of note?

Spot on.  The run of 5 winnable games about to start is largely a consequence of the relatively tough run we've just been through.  The key is to capitalise.  It sounds a tall order (but, I would suggest, not an impossible one) but 4 wins from these next 5 games would put us in a commanding position...probably in the upper reaches of the play off slots.

If we fail to put a run together during this period, I will probably start to reassess where we're heading this year but, for now, top 3 remains in the sights.

Absolutely murdered them for 25 minutes they were chasing shadows, then as soon as they scored against the run of play we stopped doing all the good things.
Second half was awfull and I left with 5 to go,  I would say thepossesion was 60/40 in our favour very frustrating why was connel subbed? He was causing problems first half

Maybe we could bring back Antoine Van Der Linden could do a job for us up front whilst Paolo searching for this target man?
