Saturday Beer

If anyone fancies a decent beer this Saturday, there is a beer festival at Bassett rugby club. Its usually a cracking day with loads of beers, and some excellent strong ciders and live music in the evening.

Does anyone else go to this ?

My next door neighbour does. He runs/used to run/help run the Colts side, he's normally big into Bassett Rugby does.

A few of my mates are going as they live in Woodshaw, I may join them.  Remember going before, was a scorching hot day and they ran out of beer before the first team managed to get to the bar after their game, there were a few unhappy chappies!!!

Yeah I think that was the first year they did it, looks like they've got loads more beers now though and shit loads of proper cider too. Last year it was so fresh, you could almost taste the farm in it !

Didn't see him all day. Since he got a senior coaches role at Swindon College, he hasn't been around Bassett quite so much. Wonder why...
