A mate of mine said he saw matt ritchie and kate cady at A&E this morn bout 8, there wernt any bad injuries in the game were there?
Vic and theotherbloke on the radio said Ritchie looked dazed after his header. Probably checking him out for concussion.

To me, the Carling Cup is not important at all. The only thing that matters is promotion so players like Lanzano etc should start against Saints.

Nobody has seen him play apart from the handful who went to Italy. Also WTF is going on with Chewbacca or however you say it. He sounds like another Milan Misun.

I'd drop Smith and Kennedy on tuesday and Ferry and McCormack should start in the middle.

Up front, Connell and Clarke.

The Italian guy if he exists/gets international clearance or failing that put Caddis at LB and give Amankwaah a game at RB.

Ritchie was probably concussed after he scored due to pile on celebrating the goal ! If we were winning games we could try different players in different positions Tuesday night but as it is i think we need to persevere with Paolo's strongest eleven.

How can we play Paolo's strongest 11 when he doesn't even know what that is ?!

Indeed, even Mr. Di Canio seems pretty clueless - as its a cup game

Lazano

Amankwaah
Comazzi (if fit)
Flint
Kennedy

Caddis
Ferry
Timlin
Ritchie

Any 2 of the 7 non scoring strikers we have.

Even if Di Canio thinks absolutely nothing of Amankwaah and Timlin, give them a fucking chance - you never know Paolo they might prove you wrong.

I think it's worth starting Lanzano for the Saints game. I'd also start Magera and Clarke upfront seen as these 2 are supposed to be our first choice strike pairing this season. Maybe Risser will be back for Tuesday as well?

Disagree Ralphy, I think he knows his best starting eleven it just isn't working out for us at present. I believe he thought this league would be a bit easier than it is turning out to be.

Amankwha is out of here. He'll never be seen in a Swindon shirt again.

(that's him starting Tuesday now).

I like Manks but his body just will not stand up to the rigours of playing week in/week out, even more so in this league.
