Tippeligaen isn't a very high standard, there have been a few players over the years who have been very good in Norway but not been good enough in England. Iversen was probably a prime example.

The style of football is quite different, much more technical and less physical.

Looking at the Norway National squad i can only see 3 maybe 4 players that could cut it in the prem. Very low standard

You don't need to be a good player to be a good manager....eg Wenger, Mourinho.  I just wondered if you could identify anything in the Norwegian psyche, that might account for it.
