I'm forever the cynic with other clubs fans and I will openly admit that I'm bitter because nobody cared when little ol' Swindon was on its knees... Several times over.

But yes they're loud and plentiful.

Just noticed that Pompey's games over the Easter weekend are Gasheads (h) & Northampton (a).

Tasty stuff

I would be equally amused if Rovers went down.

Amused?

Ecstatic more like it.

Only just behind the yellow scum when they went back to their natural home

Ferry has had on ongoing back injury for most of the season and could barely play 2 games in a row for ages, been out for a few weeks now.  Devera started the season playing shite at RB apparently, hasn't played for a few weeks now, don't know why.

Have got Pompey supporting mates and the general expectation among the fanbase at the start of the season was that they would take a midtable finish. The way it's gone hasnt totally surprised them especially since they saw the type of negative stuff Barker likes to play.

Devera started on Tuesday...

Looks like Barker has gone anyway.

What about Northampton in the 60s?

Rose from Div 4 to Div 1 in successive seasons followed by relegation from Div 1 back to Div 4 also in successive seasons
With all due respect....Pompey are twice the size with 4 times the following of Northampton and Northampton have not been relegated to the Conference (this was about IF Pompey get relegated).

Darrell Clarke is the new Bristol Rovers manager, Ward moving up to the DoF role.

Hoping for a bit of Trollope/Lawrence success no doubt.

Plenty of lower league experience as a player.

Former manager of Salisbury.

Unusual appointment at a crucial time in the season TBH.

Clarke has been assistant to JW since the summer and now becomes manager with JW becoming DoF.

Just a shuffle in positions with nothing changing it would appear, just job titles.

Pearson at Leicester. Now they've been promoted to the top flight it's a shoe in that he'll be binned before Christmas.
