Ritchie concedes he's not been at his best
           

  MATT Ritchie is determined to start firing on all cylinders sooner rather than later after conceding that he has yet to match his form from last season.

I'd say Sunday was his best performance so far this season, but there's still more in his locker. It was expected that he'd be our star player in league 2.
