Looks great, not much pace though. Worth £1.4M on Transfer Market site.

Come on Reg, you must be a tiny bit positive about this one? Surely? Just a little bit?

Cautiously optimistic about this guy, but for once I'll bear reg's comments in mind until I see him play.

Don't know anything about the fella...so as ever will judge on the evidence. No doubt we need a lump and this seems to fit the bill.....so far none of di Canio's signings have been that impressive. Up until yesterday he'd signed something like 14 new players and only 5 of the starting XI were his the other 6 being players here last season. Maybe these fellas will come good....let's hope so otherwise we're lumbered with a lot of shit on two year contracts....heading for the CG oubliette marked Cobian.

If he'd started with all his new signings who are fit we'd have been playing a 1-5-4 formation, with Caddis, Ferry, Ritchie and Flint all on the bench. I'm not sure anybody would have been too impressed with that... As plenty have said, we need to give it a bit of time. If they don't come good in the next few weeks then we DO need to start asking questions.

We've no choice but to give it time....the good thing about Div 4, is that only 2 go down, so this buys a bit of time and the 7th placed team can be losing something like 14/15 games. It would be nice to think that yesterday represents the nadir in our recent spiral of decline...the alternative doesn't warant thinking about.

Di Canio's transfer activity seems a bit scatter gun, and we have ended up with a huge squad when the idea was to trim it down. It will seem a bit odd if players we have only bought in the last few weeks are already deemed surplus to requirements.
It is not always easy to get players out on loan - one aspect where Football Manager is absolutley true to life is that it is much easier to buy players than sell/loan out players.

He's played against some giants of International football! Azerbaijan, Malta and Scotland! Incidentally, anyone else concerned that as only a verbal contract has been agreed, the next headline we see might be 'Magera deal off'?
