Motorbike Helmets Inside the Ground

Does anyone know what official line on bringing Motorbike Helmets into the ground is? Because although I wouldnt be stupid enough to hurl it at a Pox fan or anyone else for that matter, I imagine there are some knob'eds foolish enough to get carried away and use it a pretty solid missile.

They used to have somewhere you could sign it in and leave it - but it was definitely not let in the ground
