There is no usable car park at the ground and nearby street parking is limited. The Parklands Social Club does allow some parking at £4 per car (See Where To Drink). Otherwise there is a free 'Park & Ride' service to the ground operating from Cheltenham Racecourse, which is well signposted around the town. Journey time on the 'Park & Ride' service is obviously dependant on traffic, but is around ten minutes on average.

That said, I'm planning to get to Cheltenham fairly early and look for some street parking. There must be something somewhere within a mile of the ground!

There's plenty of residential streets off of Evesham Rd and Prestbury Rd, don't know whether they are permit zones or not though.

The racecourse is straight up Evesham Rd from the ground, so shouldn't take more than 2 or 3 minutes if you decide on the park & ride.

There is parking in and around the streets of the ground but whaddon is a bit like park north/south in swindon - basically a shit hole! I managed to park in a school when we went a couple of years back, the numpty blocked my car in and i had to wait for people to return so i could get out! Not the brightest lamps in the street!!

The town centre is about 10-15 mins walk from the ground, plenty of parking there. As MaTaNzA said not the most pleasant of areas near the ground. My mate went to Uni in Chelt and we were chased down the road by a group of lads looking for a fight.

There's some (limited) street parking on Albert Road and streets off there.  Any closer to town and it's residents only or meters.  Quite a few pay car-parks in town - North Place the nearest but no idea of the cost.  I agree with MaTaNzA, avoid Whaddon unless desperate.  A bit further from the ground, any streets off Hales Road should be fine, but not sure of any parking restrictions around there.

I park at the racecourse and do the footy park and ride. It's free and less hassle.
