I've stood on the side bit of terracing before.  Plenty of other Swindon in there, and no hassle at all.  I'm pretty sure it's pay on the day as well.

Just phoned up, all sold out with the exception of 'family' tickets; attending with juniors or oap's.

Guess it'll be the wireless for me.

Looking forward to this.  If we have now sold our full allocation and based on their last seasons average attendance of 3000 it should be quite an atmosphere and lots of noise coming from the away fans.

Just buy a kids ticket too then. It'll probably still be cheaper than our match tickets.

If the rioting isnt brought under control tonight then every game in the country will be in doubt for saturday. If this escalates any more they will want every available officer on the streets of the big cities, and smaller forces like Glos and Wilts will be expected to send maximum resources.

Fingers crossed the country finally gets on top of the scum tonight.

Indeed Spenser, sport would be under threat due to resourcing. Can games legally be marshalled without a Police presence.

The looting by Cheltenham natives will be limited to mixed olives  (Waitrose finest) and Perrier.

Yes, I remember Swindon holding games with just stewards, but for local derby's..forget it.

Cheltenham maybe local, but this ain't no local derby. Has there ever been trouble between us?

By all accounts it has been quieter tonight.  Trouble in Manchester and Birmingham but London much less.  Hopefully the test match will start tomorrow and all of this nonsense will be over to allow a full schedule of games on Saturday up and down the country.

I'm certainly not aware of any - there's typically not much trouble at many Cheltenham games.

I do believe though that they share our dislike for Oxford  Clap

Bit of trouble in Gloucester though, same force.
