I still reckon you may pick ours up at reading, as it gets in to Swindon at 12,58 i think.

Coach B it is if that's the case!

Drag her along.  If she can survive an afternoon of Div Four football and the slowest, stoppiest train journey on the planet, you'll know she's one to hang on to.

Tia a good test and one I plan to use for future matches!

Me too. I'm really excited about tomorrow but there's that nagging doubt that it's all going to go tits up.

^^Same as this

I know it doesn't make a lot of difference in the grand scheme of this season but I really hope we get off to a flier tomorrow and have a comfortable 2 or 3 nil (or more) win to continue the pre season excitement/high morale. Excited and nervous but football is back!! COYR

Just had a sneaky peak at a Crewe forum and some really mixed predictions from them. Quite a few of them think Swindon will win by a large margin. They seem to have a few injuries themselves.

Also, there is a lot of moaning about the £25 to get in.

I was supposed to be playing football now i'm not.

Still not going - I dunno, like most said when I said I wasnt going that the enthusiasm would come back as the new manager came in, as the new players came in, as pre-season started, as the seasons started.

I think Di Canio will do a good job here and I'm more than happy with the summer transfer activity.

Cant say I've got that exciting feeling everyone else seems to have, first time for a long time I havent been counting down the days, hours, minutes and seconds till the season starts.

Maybe - but there are people older than me on here still with that enthusiasm.

Last season really killed me off.

I'm starting to feel excited now. I'm sure I will sleep Okay tonight after a few beers  Pint  The worst part for me is tomorrow morning when all I can think about is the football and three o'clock can't come soon enough  Clap

Last season would have killed anyone off.  Wretched season.

The older people on here have gone through to the other side though DV.

The season has certainly crept up on me.

I'm neither happy clapping or doom mongering because I haven't a clue how this will go.

Just hope we perform well from the off so confidence will remain high and gates don't dwindle (...and ultimately so we can get promoted!)

I for one am excited, and won't be able to sleep tonight!!  Head Hurts

Not because I believe we'll walk the league, or because I am pessimistic either, but because supporting Swindon over the years has proved to be a real roller coaster of a ride and as they say... the sweet is never as sweet without the sour.

Roll on another exciting season, regardless of what happens! COYR

Last year I was flat as a pancake pre-season start and it got worse.

This year I am excited again, mixed with apprehension!

Same as you batch, on top of that it's my 1st game since Soton away as the missus broke her arm shortly after. I was going to take it easy and get a decent kip. I can already feel lots of beers and crap music docs until 3am coming on!
