Bad move by the Landlord, Pox fans will trash it (and then claim 400 Town fans were in there at the same time).
No, they'll all claim they were in the Town End like they have been every year we've played them after a few pints in the CGH

So you think it's ok to give them a pub where alot of Town fans drink ??
They won't give us fuck all at their place.
But they've got fuck all anyway!!

I say we give them the Legends Lounge so Ralphy will get even more upset.

Judging by the queues at the bar and queues to get in, quite alot of people.

The Oxford fans have got to go somewhere and I have heard that the town centre pubs will be shut (not confirmed though). The Merlin would be the logical place.
On Saturday I also heard the Tap and Barrel is open from 10. Well, when I say 'open', the doors will be locked and they'll be letting in regulars/friends of regulars.
The CGH is open from 10 also, obviously only for Town supporters. Not sure whether the garden will be open though and if it's gonna be as hot as this, the CGH is the last place you'd want to be locked inside. It's like a sauna.

Oh yeah and to the Crewe fan, you'll be fine pretty much wherever you drink as Swindon have no beef with Crewe. Possibly a good idea to avoid the County Ground Hotel but other than that there are loads of the pubs in the town centre which is only a 10/15 minute walk from the CG.

Just a thought re the Oxford game but as its a Sunday, won't the Merlin open at 12 instead of 11? With kick off being 1 its surely not that big a deal?

Why would places open at 10? I thought the whole point of moving it to a Sunday was to stop people drinking so much? Then the just go and open up 3 hours before kick off anyway?!?!? I don't disbelieve you it just sounds crazy.

Speak for yourself mate....some of us recall coming under attack from a hail of railway track ballast at Gresty Road in the late 60's....LMS scum

So we've never taken the Town End??? Know yor facts before posting comments please. I hope nowhere gets trashed, I'm going to hopefully watch a long overdue win against you and a good sing song, that said though if the SAS starts their silly little games they've been promising I can see something getting trashed
