We've scored more than 400 today. The last time that happened was the 2nd Ashes test in 2005, when we scored 407 in around 80 overs.

On TMS saying sportsmanship has prevailed. Wtf? They shouldn't have done it in the first place
What the fuck are you on about? It was a perfectly legitimate run out, it's not their fault Bell's a dozy carrot top.

Crazy day. We've outclassed them today with the bat. I think they may have had a big knock in terms of confidence after the Bell incident and after that their heads must have dropped. No way back for them now. They were destroyed by Prior and Bresnan and 374 plus is a huge target on any pitch let alone a pitch as uneven as this.

Im starting to think were quite good. We seem to have the knack the aussies had of getting ourselves out of trouble and then turning around and putting our foot on the neck of the opposition. As an englishman, Im really not used to this!

It's probably an Englishman/Swindon fan combination. I understand you perfectly. My immediate reaction to the India collapse has been to feel sorry for them. I have no experience that tells me how to handle situations like this.

Completely agree. Can't remember ever thinking that one of our teams was legitimately the best in the world at something. Maybe when we won the Rugby WC in '03? A nice feeling anyway!

Games over, England win by 319 runs.
I'd have taken that on the first afternoon.
