Looking forward to this getting started tomorrow. Can't see past Westwood,Donald or Mcilroy for winning it. I'm on all 3 each way. Think Garcia could do well if he gets his putting together too.

I have no idea who will win it but think it will be another 'suprise.'
Donald's game isn't great for links golf and Rory's ball flight is too high for the windy conditions (hope I'm wrong) - they'll be there abouts cos they're both world class but dont think either will win. Donalds record on links courses is pap. Westy of the big UK 3 to close.
Garcia, you must be having a laugh, I completely agree he's got the best game out there bar Rory, but the "if he putts well" has been the case for a decade and he never does.

Agree with McDowell, think his game should suit and looked good at the Scottish Open until the last round.
The yanks are poor in general at the moment but could see Stricker being there or thereabouts. He is in great form and one of the best putters around.

Bloody love the Open, got the next 2 days off work so i can watch.
Don't think Rory will be in the mix, his price is dreadfully short as well. The Open is one for the outsiders generally so apart from McDowell, I'm on Peter Hansen, Dyson, Palmer & Haas.

All my money's on 6 rank outsiders, 1000-1 and the like. I don't gamble, just felt the need to take a crazy risk with £12.

I have fuck all idea about Golf, but have the next few days off so I think sticking a fiver each on two Golfers (largely at random) could entertain me.
Any good tips or shall I pick ones with funny names?

I would lump on Westwood. Very good GIR and Putting percentage. The other I would look at is KJ Choi

Looking forward to it greatly,Kaymer to win it for me...Justin Rose at 50/1 is good E/W he plays the link courses well. Hass is massive and is quality and Lucas Glover at over 200/1 is worth a shilling, just getting his game back together and is a major winner.

Just finished guessing at random and I've managed to ignore all your tips bar Kaymer, sorry Leefer, I shall be duly chastised if one of those wins it!
Here's the full NemoBet list, for those keeping score at home...any of the 10 come off and I at least make some sort of profit:
To Win: (All £2)
Martin Kaymer returns £60 Graeme McDowell returns £68 KJ Choi returns £108 Francesco Molinari returns £338 Simon Dyson returns £558
Top 5: (all £2)
KJ Choi returns £21 Phil Mickelson returns £28 Peter Hanson returns £30 Brandt Snedeker returns £48 Bubba Watson returns £58
