Paolo said he'll be secretly following the players, to ensure their fitness levels remain high over the summer.

Click on here http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/england/wiltshire/ then 'listen again'. Not on there yet but should be tomorrow at some point. That's what I'll be doing.

It is up now - it is in the 3-5pm show about an hour in.

Very interesting to hear PDC's thoughts.

I like what he says about team bonding, getting fitness levels up and how he plans to be heavily involved with training.

Some managers sit back and let the fitness and conditioning coach do the boring stuff and they just talk tactics.

He does come across well. Can't wait to see his philosophy in action.

Woder if the players caught the bit about there being lots of hills for running in in the bit of Italy they are going to!

There's seven hills in Rome, although Sheffield is closer.

can someone point out a manager who sounded shite before a ball was kicked under their reign?
if saying what we want to hear wins the league, then we have it won already. Colin todd has us in the championship after his first interview.

to be honest i'll reserve judgement for now rather than you premature jublilators
