Must keep Timlin-only one who last season wore the shirt with pride.

I wouldn't mind seeing himn stay, but describing Timlin as a "must keep" is pushing it.

He's likely to be on less than most of the others and would be the sort of grafter we need in Lge 2-just my opinion of course.

I reckon it'll be Bodin, he knows the players and i'm sure Di Canio trusts his judgement

I would assume Di Canio would have the biggest say, using bodin as a source of advice. Considering he has requested to see footage of every game this season, it can't be looking great for the likes of Douglas and Cuthbert. He must wonder why on earth they are two of the higher earners at the club.

Also, lets not forget we don't know everything about what happens at the club.
Douglas and Cuthbert might seem to make the right noises at times but have they had the right attitude behind the scenes. That is something that Bodin will be aware of.

There is no one that we can better thats better than Douglas, cant believe they are not trying to keep him! Really does worry me. Must be a financial decision i guess, but still, he's well worth keeping around.

Think we should keep Douglas but i'm sure PDC has his reasons. I think it's pretty obvious Douglas is going because his wages are too high though. It's all about the wage cap. We've just got to hope that PDC can attract a slightly better quality than L2 player for the lower wage.
Tbh part of me is thinking why let Dougie and Cuthbert go and possible even Sheehan but the other part of me thinks "nah fuck it they were all shit last season anyway".
Don't see the fuss over Timlin tbh. He's not that great. He's had plenty of seasons with us now and just hasn't cut the mustard on most occasions. LJF I think deserves a new contract. Did fairly well in the few chances he had last season.

I thought I read somewhere that Pericard was the highest earner, but I could have made that up.

If we could get money for either Douglas or Cuthbert, I'd sell them. If they decide to fuck off, then let them. If they decide to stay and take a pay cut, then fine. Timlin I'd ship out - he's been here long enough and not proved himself. I'd keep LFJ - there's a decent player in there and I don't think he'd be on much. Sheehan can fuck right off - not because he thinks he's too good for us but because he ain't actually good enough for us. I'd keep the youngsters , certainly not their fault we got relegated but sending them out on loan may be a good idea.
I'd quite happilly let a few under contract fuck off as well.

Agreed, which at least they've done with Rose and Prutton.
