I suppose if the sponsors pull out we could always get Max Mosley - maybe the ladies around the corner could strut their stuff in Nazi uniforms and earn a few quid.
It would beat the Robinettes

I still don't think that many will care about his political stance.
Its more whether he can do the job, and if he can will he'll stick around.

I hope those who didn't want PDC, give the bloke a chance on the off-chance he's a good manager, Indeed, sensible uniting type words. However, much as I will grit and grind my teeth and indeed give the bloke a chance, I'm actually more concerned about the process that keeps delivering these absurd outcomes. Malpas, Hart and by the looks of it, Di Canio. Who the fuck next? Victor Chandler might as well keep his book handy because I don't think it'll be gathering much dust.

I think Di Canio's passion, enthusiasm and drama will give the whole Town a lift, not just STFC.
We need the excitement, and now we are going to get it.

I don't know how you can put Di Canio in the same bracket as Malpas and Hart. You also seem to have omitted DW

Just reading the Wikipedia entry (must be true) - btw when can we have some fun with that, it would put the Benyon evening to shame.
Anyway I cannot believe that he has a bar/lounge named after him at Upton Park - he only played 118 times for West Ham. On the basis that Pooky played over 100 games for us, and Daisy Duke over 200 (really I cannot believe that) - I think its only right we follow WHU lead and honour those stalwarts of the club!

So? Its about quality not quantity. Marco Van Basten retired aged 28. Doesnt mean he wasnt a legend.

Exactly. A good example relating to us is Fjortoft, clearly a legend but didn't play that many games for us.

I think the "Dook & Puke" would be a more appropriate name for it...
