People's expectations are way too high if they are dismissing someone like Magilton as "not good enough".

Successful mangers on the market aren't likely to end up at a league 2 team.

You are dead right,which makes it more plausable that unsucessfull ones will.

Magilton? No fucking way, i've seen him been kicked out of more pubs in Belfast than anyone. He's a wee scumbag who lacks basic intelligence. We would be a horrible, ugly side under him and if we sucked it would really suck.

I think Di Canio is a risk but no more than Paul Dickov was for Oldham Athletic and they had a reasonable season.

Well apart from the fact Dickov would have known a lot more about the lower leagues than Di Canio.
