Fair fucks to him for naming and shaming who wanted bribes in exchange for world cup votes.

I can't believe what I'm reading here.
Is he suggesting 24 of the 28 voters didn't ask him for bribes?

I don't see how Triesman or anyone else at the FA is any better than those at FIFA they accuse of being bent.
They knew what was going on before the vote but kept quiet as they were more interested in winning the vote than doing the right thing. Even now they won't come out and say anything, bar one bloke who has nothing to lose and doesn't give a fuck.
Even worse, they then go (via UEFA) and endorse Blatter for another term. No doubt because they're playing politics, rather than doing the right thing. If not, why haven't they come out against him?
The whole of the FA can go fuck themselves as far as I'm concerned, they're not fit for purpose.

The FA could've made a statement and pulled out once they had these allegations with them saying that there was no point in continuing with the campaign as it wasn't a fair fight.
If I remember rightly, Zidane was apparently paid $5m by Qatar for his 'support', so paying a couple of million for an actual vote is actually cheap in comparison !!
