But Dalglish is great and still without a contract. Get on the phone, Jeremy!

That Maxi looks handy - reckon he's worth a cheeky £50k bid?

I was very impressed with Liverpool last night. Bearing in mind they are still a way off their first team and have a couple of youngsters (Spearing and Flanagan) in their first 11, they looked good. Suarez is excellent and the piece of business they did flogging Torres and getting in Suarez and Carroll is looking like paying dividends.

If they get Dalglish in charge full time they could do well next season.

I'm surprised at how well they have done since Roy was binned off. Strange how they wouldn't play for him really, West Brom have been great since he went there.

Especially impressive how well he's got Meireles and Maxi playing, who both looked second rate under previous managers.

Exactly what I said last night. Maxi looked horrific until he has played under Dalglish.

I know it's quite easy to play with the freedom Liverpool have been playing with since Kenny took over - everything this season being a bonus after the horrendous start they had.

But with a top CB and a couple of other signings coming in this summer, you'd imagine Liverpool will be a real force next season. Assuming they keep Dalglish in charge.

I'd say I hate to keep bringing this up, but I quite enjoy it really Wink
