The final game of the season against poxford sees us as champions and the yellow twats relegated to where they belong.

Bring on the positiveness

record points/goals/attendances.

benyon to score 38 goals, pavett 22. Dougie to pitch in with 12, 9 from outside the box, one from inside his own half.

then we rip the arse out of league one.

see you in the championship!

Apparently there is this guy called Messi that's not bad. Is he worth a £250k bid?

See, if they would have come out with some similar shit to that before the end of the ST deadline, they may have got more to sign up irrelevant of the division.  I said the reason I didn't re-sign was because I had no visibility of the boards plans, now that visibility is starting to appear and it's too late IMO.

If they extended the ST price again for a couple of weeks now I bet they might get another 500-1000

What else would you expect them to say then ? "We'll just flounder around for a couple of seasons unitl we strike lucky with a couple of youngsters/loans then everything will be ok" ?

Sounds to me like they think the manager appointment for next season will attract fans, as they make a specific reference to it in the statement.

Town CEO, Nick Watkins, said: “Given the fact that our position in League 2 for next season is now confirmed, the Board has taken the decision to extend the Phase 2 Season Ticket window for a further month to Tuesday 31st May 2011. This extension will allow fans time to adjust to League 2 and also await the outcome of the managerial appointment.”
