Wednesday going down to the 4th division would be bizarre. Massive club.

Didn't Wolves go down to division 4 in the late 70's or early 80's ?

They certainly did, then Graham Turner came in, and he looks to be doing the business at Shrews this year

Whatever happened to Scarborough ?? Didn't they go bust and reform in some obscure northern league ?

Disappointed about Carlisle winning at Oldham - that will boost their confidence for Saturday.  Sad

Driving towards Exeter city centre and seeing the supporters coach going the other way I had a little chuckle to myself thinking the coach was lost.

Struggle to believe the pitch was that bad, the roads/pavements were fucking bone dry.  Not the same thing i know but must be some sort of indication.

Exeter have issued a club statement:

After this evening's disappointment of losing another game to the weather the club would like to apologise to any of our own fans and those travelling from Swindon that may have been inconvenienced by the late postponement.

In light of this situation the club board, having further considered the condition and performance of the pitch, has decided to seek further technical assistance and legal advice.

Further information will be released as and when the club is able to do so.
