I think there can be no doubt that it was a vote of confidence, An emergency board meeting lasting for 4 hours couldn't be anything else. |

I would have thought the board would have given him some very short term targets to keep his job. At least one win out of today and Exeter would have been a good start. I would be amazed if it was just carte blanche to carry on regardless.
