We're not all as sharp eyed as you. I didn't notice what thread it was under, just felt a wave of relief for a split second before disappointment.

He's taken everyone by surprise in his speech - apparently was widely being reported that he'd quit but instead came out and said he wasn't going, something about working hard as we have been, will turn a corner soon, looking to get the right kind of minister in, but then everyone's looking for that kind of minister, not for want of trying believe you me, not become a bad president overnight..... Then in a controversial move did a baffling cabinet reshuffle 46 minutes into his speech.

Maybe he has got a very robust constitution that allows him to hang on but if his wealthy backers pull the plug then he's out

I did see that, not sure about Ahmed El-Prutton at the Foreign Office, a bit out of position there, what did Al-Ferri do wrong?
