Indeed, but on the flip side you cant (not that you have personally) claim that this season is just 'bad luck' either.
No i agree. I mean don't get me wrong, we've had our fair share of so called 'bad luck' this season, but i don't think anyone can use that as an excuse for where we are in the table because we have played absolute dogshite at times. |

to go back over old ground what killed us was having no replacement for Greer at the start of the season. LJF isn't upto scratch. Morrison was inconsistant and Cuthbert lacked having an experienced player along side him.
add to this no replacement of Paynter.
Dossevi and Pericard clearly aren't upto the task.

How can you 'get lucky' throughout one whole season? Admittedly, last season we were fortunate not to have many injuries/suspensions to key players, but otherwise, how can anyone state 'we were lucky last season', or we 'over performed'. It doesn't make sense to me?
By chancing upon a line up, formation and tactics that worked. By having at least half the team have the best season of their careers. By signing a few loan players that added to the team. By having very few injuries or suspensions. When our Plan A didn't work, which happened increasingly towards the end of the season, there was no Plan B. If it wasn't luck, why hasn't he been able to repeat it this season? Main problem is he tried the same Plan A which didn't work this season, even down to signing a striker on loan to play out of position at left midfield, so the lack of an alternative has become a real problem. I'd loved to be proved wrong about the above, but at present he's just proving me right every week. |

Some of the comments towards Wilson and the boards support of him on here recently has been so cynical, so critical, so angry yet nobody seems to want to do anything about it!
No protests, minimal booing and people turning up to games means the board are not being forced to change their minds.
But hey, it's far easier to argue online with fellow fans than do something pro-active about a situation many of you are quite clearly passionate about.

That would have to be an awful lot of luck involved! So therefore i don't buy it. Surely the 'signing a few players on loan', as well as the players who so say 'had their best season of their careers' is down to good management??? He's unable to repeat it this season as we lost key players from last seasons squad....We haven't replaced them, hence a poor season - Bad management/lack of judgement - call it what you like, but it's not down to luck or the lack of imo. Edit: Just in case you pick up on it, i wouldn't say a player had the best season of their career last season. It's your opinion if you think so, of course |

I agree with this. Whether people like it or not, Wilson's not going to be sacked anytime soon, so instead of just fearing the worst, why don't we do something about it? Like this crazy thing called support? Que us losing to Orient tonight, with Wilson getting sacked in the morning  |
