That was one of the most inept forward displays i've ever seen at the County Ground. With Pericard injured (again) and Austin faffing about before eventually leaving for Burnley in January, Thomas has had a wonderful opportunity to show himself but he's failed miserably.
How on earth did he score two against Notts Forest in pre-season? I feel conned.
Today I think he gave away at least half a dozen free-kicks as well as being offside 2-3 times which is an infuriating habit.
As well as Jon Obika, I think we need to be bringing in another centre forward because our french speaking ones are rubbish. utter rubbish.
my final point is that Rochdale's bench had two strikers on it; liam dickenson and jean-louis akpa akpro; as well as the two strikers they had on the pitch. Right now, their two reserve strikers would be playing up front for swindon town and that is a sad indication of where we're at currently
p.s. well done elliot benyon for scoring with a brave header. More to come from him in future i hope

Thomas Dossevi has turned out to be just another Royce Brownlie, Hamdy Razak, Shaun Close
We need another Keith Scott!!

I must be the only one who thought he did well today then.....Battled well, some nice touches here and there - never a goal scorer, mind.

He works hard, has a couple of nice touches but is ultimately as threatening as an unset angel delight.

His persistent fouling is annoying but even more fucking annoying is when he stands and watches the game time and time again to then react when the ball comes near him from an offside position, I don't think I have ever seen a player get flagged so many times offside when coming back into play from an offside position he does it week in week out.

Cannot disagree with any of those comments, thought he was utter wank today, yes he runs a lot, tries hard, but the final product is not there - and he gave away a needless foul, on the touch line in our attacking half. And the result - they bloody scored!! His time is up!
