I think we had 32,000 there - just a few thousand fewer than in 1993 when I think it was nearer 35,000 (and we were a division higher, trying for the Prem). If Millwall did out number us, it wasn't by all that much.

Didn't Millwall take around 38,000 to 40,000?

Seem to remember reading we had 32500 and they had just over 37000.

Millwall didn't outnumber us that much to be honest. They certainly outsang us though.

That note doesn't count as singing.

Its much better than the sound of 28000 crisp packets rustling though

I understood that point, was just wondering how many we actually took, we didnt sell out did we?
I doubt we'd sell out an allocation at Old Trafford either.

You never know, im sure the plastic Man Ure in Swindon fans would relish the chance to see the theatre of dreams for the first time in their lives. It wont be happening this season though.

I'd prefer Selhurt Park as a play-off final venue.
I think the CG was earmarked onced as the replay venue if Wolves and Aldershot were level over a two legged final. But Aldershot won 3-0 on agg without the need for a replay.

If thats your thinking, I propose all play off games are played at Prenton Park or the Valley
