As in every other job in the world, if you are successful in your current role, you deserve a chance to try your hand at the next level up.

Correct....but Bournemouth have/had every chance of being there......the main gripe to fans is that he publicly stated he was staying for the foreseable future....three days Cheesy

Has he not gone to Burnley then or is this his last game in charge?

Bournemuth have sold both Pitman and McQuoid but have still managed to consistently be up near the top all season.  Fair play to them, I hope they don't tumble if Howe does go.

Thing is they have hardly helped have they having to sell his best players. To be fair he has turned down some very good offers so has been loyal in that respect. For all we know he may have had a chat with the chaiman established they were not going to buy players and feels he can't take them any further.

Fwiw i think he is a top manager or at least will be and probably one of the only league managers who genuinly deserves this chance.
