I'll troll you the info from their website....
Nah, that's internet F5 twaddle. My source was from someone who used to work at the County Ground and still knows the press officer very well.
Indeed, his exact words were "I'll be able to tell you more in two hours."

And we'll be waiting in 2 hours for the outcome!

According to Wikipedia he's 5'9", but has scored 49 goals in 64 games (12 in 23 league games this season), which is pretty impressive.
I'd be very happy if he came here.
Sounds like a similar build to Murray. I guess if we sign Tubbs, we wouldn't require Murray's services any longer? We would still need a physical presence though.

Benson is 6"2 and fulfills that role, and ahem Magera is big...

Benson was up against some very big defenders saturday and won a hell of a lot in the air and also held up play very well. Someone like tubbs would thrive off playing alongside Benson

If that is the case, why did we need to sign Constable?

If we are targetting Tubbs...then I think I'm starting to understand the accusations from other clubs that we're basically trying to buy the division. Never again will we be able to complain about Blackburn and the Shearer transfer.

He scores goals in a shit team. With the amount of crosses we throw in i don't care what anyone says Constable would of thrived under it.Tubbs is a poacher that we have been missing and now we got the strengh and hold up play of Benson. Also maybe he is now happy that Connell can do that role aswell now

PDC himself said he wanted a player with a physical presence, I took this to mean more of a bulldozer forward than a taller forward which we have in Benson. But I guess its open to interpretation
