interesting that the beeb have also missed that nash is actually training with us as a right-back, not a midfielder.
I still think two will be taken on.

Would be great if the Nash fella proves himself good enough.

Yep, it'd be nice to have a local boy in the side.

I'd be surprised if Wilson doesn't know who he wants already. My feelings are that Wilson will go for something he hasn't got, which would rule out Nash.

Yeah, that's him Ralphy. I've been keeping in touch with all three this week and they all feel it's going well, which is a good sign. they've all loved it, as you would. I guess the worry with this whole thing is whether or not these players realistically can play at this level, but seems like they can - although I suspect Wilson will feel he has to work with the winner before they get any game/bench time. Fitness is probably the biggest issue. Who knows, all three already play at a decent level.
You can put two and two together and come up with your own conclusions.
Jordan is a deep-lying striker who links midfield and attack, completely unlike anything we have already. does wilson think he would be a better foil for austin? does wilson have a striker lined up in the jan transfer window already? Tyler is quick as f*ck (he beat walcott and a lennon in some nike thing over 100 metres) and appears to have a decent end product. is he better than AOB? is he consistent enough? can he defend as well? Nash has an incredible touch and seems to have taken to moving to right-back like a duck to water. we have right-backs, so do we need another? is he better than what we've got? he can play in the middle as well, so could be a useful utility?
What we haven't seen is how the three react to the pressure of training at a higher level, how fit they are and how they get on with the other squad members.
it's quite interesting though. time will tell if it's been worthwhile, but wilson seems to be impressed and ultimately, it's not costing the club anything (unless wilson signs more than one, of course) - so worth a punt.

I think this is far more cost effective than the youth set ups to be honest. Id like to see it every year.
These players are hungry.

Any link to go with this? Did we boot out the other two or take either of them as well?

Somehow I'm not surprised. He's had trials at Colchester and Ipswich in the past, so must have something about him.
