Personal high/low - High - Wife and kids  Low - Being signed off with work related stress for 4 months

Any regrets? - Working ridiculous hours for a company that couldn't give a fuck and the impact this had on my family and me. 

New stuff you've discovered (people, tv programme, can be anything) - I've discovered a different me - more chilled out and maybe with a different ( and better ) set of priorities. How absolutely destructive stress can be but having good people around you can get you out the other side in one piece.
