Just like Charlie - perfect live performance every time - most under rated band and performer EVER!

Attended his last live concert in reading and then his post mortem as a plod in salisbury - a very sad day Sad

So why is Austin unhappy?

The club havnt offered him a very good contract.

About half of what Alan O'Briens on.

I don't believe this for a second.

Either way If he goes, he goes. We always replace them eventually.

Is that in salary or medical expenses?

I find that impossible to believe, Fitton knows very well Austins value to the team and will reward him generously for that, there is no way that Fitton would undervalue such an important part of our team.

From the station at Colchester
To the cells of Warrington
From the services at Leicester
To the slums of Northampton

We travel over England
And one day Europe too

Cos we all follow the Swindon
We're the famous Town End crew.

Of course Austin isn't near the top, we bought him from Poole Town!

He's earned a raise, I hope that the club don't fuck this up on the basis of negotiating his wage.

You can't throw money at players who emerge so quickly though. Give them too much, they get an ego and then the form goes and all of a sudden you've got an overpaid player in the reserves.
