Celtic would be a good move for him - he'd score a shitload and in terms of quality its about the same level. The only thing is that Celtic aren't minted and would struggle to raise the fee.

No my source is genuine - Cox is definitely off to WBA - I'll eat my hat if it's not true...

I hope he goes to Liverpool

Then they could have a strikeforce of Austin Maxi.

Brizzle ... Austin Rovers

If he went to any of the London clubs, the capital's favourite freesheet could do a special pullout section on him - Austin Metro

If he plays against oxford will it be Austin Allaggro?

If we got 6 million dollars for him in January could we rename him Steve Austin?

Give him a chance. He'll look a knob if this turns out to be rubbish.

I personally can't see Charlie going to Millwall though.

In fairness based on what has been said here and reading into other Rumours online i'll put my hands up and say this is probably bullshit, the source is close enough to the board to be believed and i was naieve enough to post it here without thinking first where i learnt every other town fan is as big a prick as me! The source is also a massive pisstake and although he remains adamant what he told me is true i no longer believe him and think he is taking the piss... so yea i look like a fat hairy knob now!

I still think there is a chance Austin will go somewhere in January tho! I hope not i dont fancy our chances of promotion this season without him!

Quite.

My source tells me tho that Austin is not a particularly happy chappy at the moment, so that could add a bit of credence to your story. Should he go in January, then that is season over, but I'm pretty sure he's not daft enough to go to Millwall

Heard that too a month or so ago. Though mine is a third hand source. I've never had a source before. Said source couldn't confirm the Millwall rumour.

Not sure Charlie being unhappy has much bearing on whether he goes in January or not though. One thing is for sure, we'd need a new goalscorer as I'm not sure Dossevi and Pericard would keep us up!
