Give him a chance. He'll look a knob if this turns out to be rubbish.

I personally can't see Charlie going to Millwall though.

Well if they make an offer and the club accept it, he'll be gone.

How many footballers do you know who've turned down a transfer where the club has accepted an offer?

Kelvin Davis turned down West Ham to stay at Southampton.

I'm embarrassed by some of you lot. Way to jump on the new guy! He was just trying to pass on something he'd heard.

Get a grip FFS.
Just playing with him. Don't be such a misery Smiley

Yes Celtic are indeed watching...

This isnt what I had in mind when we forged this link with them!

You're not Iain Boser are you, he's a Town fan I used to play football with?

I think this is about the 3rd time Austin to Millwall has been a DONE DEAL.

£1.2m would be daylight robbery and probably the stupidest transfer in our history. If Austin is sold to Millwall for £1.2m I wont be back.

Well I hear stuff off from those in the club all the time - i've shared a few tidbits (though my last ones  went tits up after complications with deals not yet completed). I can though confirm that this is pure bullshit. Doesn't mean Mr Austin won't leave in January, but it certainly isn't for Millwall at this time.

Not a day goes past without someone telling me that they have heard Charlie is definitely going in January the only thing that changes is the destination , Millwall QPR Pompey and Burnley being the most common ones.
Surely the club are in driving seat here and with a host of clubs supposedly interested then there is no way that 1.2m is going to tempt them is it ?
Personally I think he will stay until the end of the season unless of course a) the club look at the fact we are out of all cups and the crowds could start to diminish if results don't start to improve they may just take the carrot to balance the books b) he may actually want to go if the right deal comes in and request a transfer.
If we do sell I think we are royally fucked unless the Samsung Pro thing unearths another gem but that would be a massive gamble.

I've heard a rumour that Cox is going to WBA - personally I think it's bollocks cos what player would consider leaving us to go and warm a bench for a championship club who think they are going to get in the premiership?

Is your source closely involved with the management of either side? He may be off but I don't see how any other sources would know the fee.

Players talk bollocks.
Agents talk bollocks.
Newspapers talk bollocks.
Club physios talk bollocks.
Fans talk bollocks.

Let's face it, none of the sources in that list would know the transfer fee.

No my source is genuine - Cox is definitely off to WBA - I'll eat my hat if it's not true...
